Close out this year’s Oktoberfest in style with our 4-star bed-and-breakfast package¹, which not only includes an evening table for the big finale², but also a 4-night stay in the Four Seasons Hotel Starnberg (Superior Room).
You will also enjoy a second evening sitting² (with an optional third – afternoon – sitting), two historical walking tours (Munich & the festival grounds), evening meals, and time to shop or just enjoy walking around this historical city.
Evening meal reservations will be made on two nights, but these are optional as not included in the package.

Arrive in Munich (by 3:00pm): Meet downtown for a welcome Bier at Donisl Restaurant (Marienplatz), followed by a 35 minute S-Bahn (train) transfer to Starnberg³ and a short walk to the 4-star Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Starnberg
Why not round off you evening with dinner at Restaurant Oliv’s (hotel)¹

Breakfast is served until 10:00am, but how relaxing your first full day will be, depends on you
Today you have several options: An historical city tour & Munich shopping (11:00am-1:00pm); a Friday afternoon Oktoberfest sitting (2:00pm-6:00pm); an evening Oktoberfest sitting (6:30pm-close)
You can of course choose to do all three, but bear in mind that it is 35 minutes back to the hotel from downtown Munich
Either sitting includes vouchers for 2 litres of Bier & half a chicken. If you decide to do both, no vouchers will be provided for the afternoon sitting (pay as you go)

With no fixed agenda today, it is a good day to walk down to the lake and if the weather allows, enjoy a coffee, ice cream, or something a little stronger at one of the bars and cafes along the shoreline
For those who would still like to visit Munich and explore the old town, an afternoon trip will be offered (including dinner at one of the cities fine Bavaian restaurants)
03 Oct
Reunification Day in Germany, so all shops (except touristy ones) are closed today (it is also a Sunday, so this would have been the case anyway)
Be ready to leave the hotel by 12:30pm to head to the Wiesn, where we will have a historical tour of the Oktoberfest grounds, followed by our evening sitting² (includes 2 litres of Bier & half a chicken), which ends at 10:30pm
